Today has been a long day in my life. We had a VERY busy weekend with a full saturday and a long sunday. The great thing about sunday was that it was long due to a baptism. :) A wonderful gentleman was baptised in the Susquahaanna River. As a result of 2 long days the girls were a bit too tired and cranky all day. But such is life.
We had Bethany's 2month checkup. She weighs 10lbs 12oz and is 23 1/2in. long. She is doing great and other then a yucky diaper rash is 100% healthy.
I have given up potty training Leah. She showes so many signs of being ready but I do not have the temperment for it right now. Bethany is a good sleeper but my nights are still fractured. I hope to start up again after Leah turns 3.
Now for Anna's "helper" story. Our sweet and willful Leah likes to feel very free, a.k.a. no clothes. So at night we put her in a sipper set of jamies backward so she can't get out of it. A few nights ago we hear Anna exlamation that Leah is naked. Yikes. While Russ is re-dressing her I ask Anna how Leah got naked. After a brief guilty look from her I ask if she helped. Then, in the most "no duh" voice she could manage she says "well yeah, she couldn't do it by herself" That's our Anna, always thinking of others. :)

I just had to say that's funny. Thanks for sharing! *and I loved the 'no duh' part of the description*

    Hi Cara,

Thanks for putting up this blog page. It is nice to use technology to keep up with family, it compresses the miles we are apart.
